  Non lubricating bearing has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and strong self-lubricating ability. It is especially suitable for occasions where it is difficult to lubricate and form oil film, such as heavy load, low speed, reciprocating or swing, and is not afraid of water impact and other acid corrosion and erosion. Lubrication free bearing products have been widely used in metallurgical continuous casters, rolling equipment, mining machinery, molds, hoisting machinery, textile machinery, wind power generation, ships, steam turbines, water turbines, injection molding machines and equipment production lines.   There are four reasons for the aging of non lubricated bearings:

  1、 Strong vibration is the strong vibration of the non lubricated bearing caused by the failure of the motor core. In this case, we need to replace the new lubrication free bearing of the same model.

  2、 The reason for the over tight fit is that the clearance between the ball and the slideway is too small, the torque becomes larger and the friction increases, resulting in the high working temperature of the non lubricated bearing. Therefore, try to adjust the correct radial clearance of lubrication free bearing during installation.

  3、 Material fatigue is due to the fatigue of metal materials, and the sundries falling off the surface of non lubricated bearing raceway and ball fall into the grease, resulting in the increase of working noise. Therefore, we should consider the normal fatigue of lubrication free bearing materials and replace new bearings of the same model.

  4、 Pollution corrosion, check whether there are red and brown spot corrosion on the surface of raceway and ball.

  Machining roughness of unlubricated bearing: as for the influence of hardness and machining roughness, when the machining roughness of unlubricated bearing and steel shaft is large, it tends to increase sliding sound, but the material of unlubricated bearing is relatively soft, so the rough surface will be deformed and flat during sliding. Therefore, its influence is not great. The material of steel shaft is hard, and there is no change when the surface is rough, Thus, its impact is considerable.
